Two complementary pages: the dashboard answers "what am I doing today", the statistics answer "is this working".
The dashboard
Shown when you sign in, it gathers:
- counters for contacts, appointments, activities and notes;
- upcoming appointments, nearest first;
- recently added contacts;
- upcoming reminders;
- your activities with their volume.
This is the page to open in the morning. Everything needing action today is on it.
The statistics
The Statistics page adds historical depth:
- month-by-month trend for contacts, appointments and notes, over 3, 6 or 12 months;
- volume per activity, busiest first;
- appointment breakdown between upcoming, past and today;
- note breakdown by priority.
A per-activity filter lets you isolate one strand of your business.
Reading these numbers
Three useful readings, in order:
- The appointment curve — if it falls two months running, your pipeline is emptying and the problem is upstream, not in the diary.
- Volume per activity — the activity that takes the most time is rarely the one that pays the most. This is usually the most profitable thing you will discover.
- New contacts vs appointments — many contacts and few appointments means conversion is the bottleneck, not acquisition.
Export to CSV
The export button produces a UTF-8 CSV with semicolon separators, opening cleanly in Excel and LibreOffice.
The file is named with the generation date and time, so an export never overwrites a previous one.
Use it for: the annual meeting with your accountant, a funding application, or simply to keep a record outside the app.
Performance
Statistics are cached for a few minutes. An appointment you just created may therefore show up with a slight delay — refresh the page to force a recalculation.
